This is a real photo capture of what I call the "Woods People". I owe a big thanks to Karla for outlining this subject to better show him in his glory. Now, if this were a person in a costume,then it is a very odd and weird thing for someone to do. This area is no where near any area of the state park that people would use. It is in the wildlife area away from all public trails,picnic areas,beaches,campgrounds and all that stuff. It would truly be one weird dude to be in the middle of the woods,in a costume,alone. Unless...He lived there. Meet Woody...
